Dr. Phil once talked to Oprah on her show about weight loss. Oprah asked "Aren't some people just genetically prone to being thin?" "Yeah," he said, "but the thing is--THAT AIN'T YOU!" Well, that ain't us either, and this is a team-written bloggy support group for people who are actually working to become (or stay) healthy. Let us know if you'd like to write for us and we'll send you an invitation!

Yeah Vicky! I'm telling you, start doing some crunches, or even walking 5 minutes after dinner and that plateau you're on will starting fading away. I can't wait until you go dress shopping. I bet it will be lots of fun. Keep up the good work!
You will do it.
Keep drinking that water and walking every day, increase 10-15 minutes more.
BTW,
Eat celery everyday. It contains
3nB which blocks dangerous stress hormones and relaxes blood vessel walls. This allows blood to flow with a lot less pressure. Might help with those headaches you get.
Better still, 3nB could relax YOU when you're feeling pressured
and stressed out. And it won't make you dizzy or tired like
blood-pressure drugs. After all, it's just celery.
