Weigh-In Wednesday! alittle late...

I have been avoiding this....I have gained 2 pounds. I honestly have been stressing the past week BIG TIME! I know.....not a good excuse. I need to hop back on the train!!!

Ok..Vicky, don't start slipping. You have worked too hard to give it all up. So now that you just ate that cherry cobbler and vanilla ice cream, you should be set for a while and get back on track!

I didn't want to call you out directly...buuuuuttttttt...you were the one I was hinting that needed to post since I knew you were a Wednesday weigher! :-) Just remember, this journey called weight loss has ups and downs...and don't let an up cause you to throw away your progress up until now! (believe me, I know....I hit a rough patch after losing 20 lbs and gained a bunch back!...don't do it!!) You're doing very well...just take it a day at a time :-) (and if Kelly is talking about the cobbler at the hospital....yummmmmm)

That darn cafeteria and their Thursday dessert bar. I need to get with it too, because before y'all came in I ate some chicken strips... and three cookies :-( You're not the only one who's slipping! Buying lots of yummy fruit is a good way to remove the temptation of eating junk, so I think a serious grocery trip is in order when I get back from Atlanta!

LOL you all called me on it! I have a weakness for cobbler and icecream. BUT KELLY...I only ate 1/2 of it. ;) I know I need to jump back on before I get to that 200 mark again. Thanks everyone!
