Those weeks are bound to happen. I know when it happens to me, I'll be bummed for sure!
It happens, stay positive.
This week do what the Biggest Loser's trainer said tonight.
"Eat less and exercise more." It is doable.
I plan to walk more than 15 minutes tomorrow. I'm going for 30 minutes and drinking an extra 16 oz of water.
